The time required to troubleshoot and solve IT problems can vary greatly due to a whole host of reasons, thus hourly rates result in unpredictable pricing that is difficult to budget for.

*Large projects incur higher rates.

There are cases where you may not know what the problem is and therefore it is not possible to provide an upfront price before work begins.

In a case like this we charge $125 (Taxes included) to come on site and diagnose the problem. Once we know what it is we can give you a flat rate to solve it.

If you decide to accept our solution we waive the $125 diagnostic fee and only charge you to solve the problem. If you decide you do not want to fix the problem, then the $125 fee still applies to cover our time and expenses to come onsite.

In most cases the aforementioned $275 (Taxes Included) fee will apply.
